Our puppies are primarily intended for families who desire an excellent pet, therapy, service or obedience dog that has enough energy and intelligence for adventures.  This puppy is being sold with limited registration which means the puppy will not be used for breeding purposes.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are available by phone or text 9:00 am-7:00 pm CST or anytime by email. Email is the quickest way to get in touch with us.  Family and farm life is busy and Mother Nature knows no schedule.  We might have mommas in labor all hours of the night, puppies we are caring for around the clock, vet visits or amazing families to assist. Please be respectful of our business hours.

WAITING LIST

How it works: If you would like to be placed on our waiting list we encourage you to contact us as soon as you decide you would like to purchase a puppy and fill out our application.  We will contact you to discuss your goals and should your application be accepted, a $500 (non-refundable) holds your spot for a puppy. If we don't have the perfect puppy for you at that time, then your deposit will transfer to our next available spot on our waiting list. It is never too early to get on our waiting list!  Our lists fill up quickly and we would hate for you to miss your chance!

DEPOSITS

We are always accepting deposits for our future puppies! Deposits are $500 and will go towards the final purchase price of your puppy. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to future litters. While we cannot guarantee we will have the specific gender, color, or coat type of your choice from your desired litter, we will work with you to meet your goals and find the perfect puppy for you.  We CAN guarantee that you will get a healthy and happy new family member when you bring your puppy home! We try our best, in consultation with out vet, to make an educated guess about what puppies we will be expecting, but Mother Nature ultimately decides! You are more than welcome to skip a litter and wait for the perfect timing and perfect puppy. We place everyone on our list in order of deposits received.  

 

In the event a pregnancy does not take, a litter is not produced like we had hoped for, there aren't enough puppies out of your chosen litter, or one doesn't meet your criteria, then your deposit will transfer to our next available litter. By placing your deposit with us you are in agreement and accepting to these terms.

PUPPY PROCESS

When you place your deposit and are placed on our waiting list we contact you 1-3 weeks after your litter is born. We keep you updated with pictures and emails preparing you for your new puppy!  Puppies go home at 8 weeks old.

FINAL PAYMENTS

Final payment is due on the day you pick up your puppy. If for any reason we haven't received the final payment this day, your chosen puppy and spot in line will be lost. Your puppy will be considered yours once your Deposit and Final Payment are received. If you need delivery, all shipping fees will be due along with the remaining balance plus tax one week before picking up your puppy. If you are paying by cashiers check, this must be received and cleared within one week of pick up day. We will not accept a check in person the day you pick up your puppy.

REFUNDS

Please only place a deposit if you are certain you will be ready for a new puppy! After the puppy has left our care, the new family has 3 days to take the puppy in to see a vet for a physical examination. If the puppy were to be found in ill health with any life threatening disease, the cause of which we as breeders were to blame, a letter from two certified veterinarians explaining the problem must accompany the puppy and only then can the puppy be returned and a replacement puppy will be given when available. Shipping fees, if any, would not be refunded.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

We stand behind each puppy we sell, and each one will come with a 2-Year Health Guarantee against hereditary heart defects, hip or elbow dysplasia and/or hereditary eye defects.   Buyer must have the condition confirmed by the OFA.  Condition must be diagnosed by two qualified veterinarians.  If the puppy is found to have any of the genetic faults listed, Breeder will offer at no charge a replacement puppy of equal quality, sex and bloodline within 12 months of the verification of required documentation.  If owner chooses to keep the dog the breeder will refund any medical expenses incurred but not to exceed 50% of the purchase price of the puppy. This guarantee is not-transferable.

Well puppy checkup:  The buyer agrees to take this puppy, at their own cost, to a licensed veterinarian of his/her choice within 3 working days following possession for a physical examination.  Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health the buyer shall provide a veterinarian’s statement regarding the puppy’s health if returning due to sickness. Our return policy does not include worms, fleas, mites, ticks, coccidia, giardia, mange or any other parasites as they are common in dogs and puppies.  Refund policy also does not include indigestion of foreign objects, ingestion of food or chemicals, or physical injury contracted or incurred following buyer’s receipt of puppy.  If our veterinarian can confirm the illness, in coordination with your vet, the buyer may return the puppy for a similar replacement or refund at the breeder's choice.

​​TRANSFERRING YOUR DEPOSIT 

You are always welcome to pass on a litter or puppy. Keep in mind our wait lists could be a year out. If you choose to transfer your deposit we are only able to offer you the first available spot on our wait list, which could mean a delay. 

 

​FARM VISITS

While we do not allow unscheduled farm visits because it is our home, we highly encourage you to come schedule an in person visit or visit us on your scheduled Puppy Pick Up Day! Due to exposure of parvo and other life threatening viruses we have to limit exposure on our property. It is important for the health of our puppies that they are not exposed to lots of people until they have received their first set of shots and are ready to go home.  Before coming for a visit, please avoid going to any high traffic areas where other animals frequent. Animal health is our priority.
 

BOARDING

If you can not bring your puppy home on the designated "Puppy Pick Up Day" just let us know.  We will happily care for your puppy for up to 5 days. After 5 days, if we have the space available, there is a $30/day charge for boarding. This fee includes food, continued socialization and care. Any extra boarding costs must be paid in FULL by puppy pickup day.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Welcome home policy:  We understand that circumstances in your life may change.  If at any time during the life of the dog the buyer is unable to keep the dog, please contact us.  We would like to be given the option of resuming full ownership in order to locate the dog a new loving home.  No refund will be given and the dog will be returned with all AKC papers and medical records. You will not be judged, we just want to help insure the puppy is taken care of and well loved.

KINDNESS & TOLERANCE

We reserve the right to refuse a puppy to anyone at anytime who makes us feel uncomfortable or bullied. We will not tolerate unkindness of any kind or people we feel who have unrealistic exceptions of us or our puppies. Please be aware that nature runs our farm. We are not mass producing puppies and you don't want us to.
